Liquid chalk and belt were fine

Got the liquid chalk and a powerlifting belt. Both items were as described. Chalk works. Belt is sturdy. Shipping was okay. No problems.

Consistent quality, as always

This was my third order from Muscle Engineering, this time for some ankle straps and a new shaker bottle. Like before, the quality is exactly what I expected. The ankle straps are robust, and the shaker doesn't leak, which is a win. I've had their lifting straps and knee sleeves for a while now, and they've held up great. It's why I keep coming back; I know what I'm getting. Delivery was on par with my previous experiences, took about a week and a half.

Good straps, slow delivery

I ordered a pair of the deadlift straps and some liquid chalk. The straps are really solid, felt great on my first heavy deadlift session. The liquid chalk works well too, dried fast and gave a good grip. My main issue was the shipping time. It took about 12 days to get to me in California, which felt a bit long for something coming from Australia. The tracking was good though, so I knew where it was. Overall, pretty happy with the products for the price, but they could probably improve on the delivery speed to the US.

Are Muscle Engineering belts IPF approved? Want to make sure it's legit for competitions.

A Amber 2 months ago
Not all of them, no. You gotta check the specific belt product description. Some are, some aren't built to IPF specs.

Pretty sure some of their powerlifting belts are, but not everything. Definitely double-check the product details before buying for comp.

How long does shipping usually take for ME orders? I'm in Perth and need some new knee sleeves pretty quick.

G Greg Nguyen 2 months ago
Within Aus it's usually pretty fast, like a few days to a week. Perth might be on the longer end of that, 5-7 days maybe?

For Perth, I'd probably expect around 5 business days, sometimes a bit more. They're based in Australia so it's not super long.

Anyone know if Muscle Engineering has a new customer discount? Trying to save a few bucks on my first order.

J Josh 1 month ago
They usually do, like 10-15% off. Look for a pop-up when you first hit their site or sign up for their newsletter, that's how I got mine.

Yep, pretty common. I think it was a newsletter sign-up thing when I bought my belt from them.

Thinking about getting some ME gear, but also looking at Rogue. Is ME quality comparable to Rogue for like, belts or wraps?

A Anna Bennett 1 month ago
ME is solid for the price, especially their belts. Rogue is a different beast though, often more expensive and built like tanks. Depends on your budget and how serious you are.

I've got a ME belt and some Rogue stuff. ME holds up really well, especially for general gym use. Rogue is maybe more 'pro' powerlifting grade but you pay for it.

Does Muscle Engineering offer Afterpay or ZipPay? Makes it easier to grab a few things at once.

K Kevin Silva 1 month ago
Yeah, they do. I used Afterpay for my last order, was smooth.

Yep, pretty sure both Afterpay and Zip are options at checkout. Most Aussie brands have them now.
